OZZSAT has been in the satellite business for 12 yrs. We offer help and advice on any enquires before and after sales, so our customers can feel free to call us even after they have purchase an item. We have a team of friendly helpful staff always ready to answer any questions you may have. All our parcels are packaged well and made sure they are sent safely with a reliable courier service.

Our times of business are 9am to 7pm, we help many customers to set up their satellite systems even if they want to do it them selves or if they would like us to install. We have a team of satellite installers working 100 miles around the M25. Installation can be booked over the phone with one of our friendly members of staff. We sell only the best and wish to bring you the best of quality with all of our products at the best price. As a company Ozzsat LTD has had great positive feedback from customers, and also we have many customers that come back after they have purchased a digital satellite system from us they come back to purchase a system for members of there family, this makes us very happy to see customers coming back due to great customer service. SHIPPING

We deliver all different sized packages and boxes all over the UK and around the world, from 10grams to over 30kg. We use the following courier services, City-link, parcel force and royal mail; we make sure all goods that we send out are packaged carefully and securely. We provide tracking numbers for all items purchased and are always happy to update you n the status of your purchase. We work closely with our courier services to make sure all our parcels are delivered to our customers safely. All items purchased before 3pm are sent out same day as next working day delivery and all items purchased after 3pm are sent out the next day as next working day delivery. It is very important that you state your contact telephone number after a purchase as if you are not available to accept your parcel from your address, you will be carded and our courier service will attempt delivery three times only. Shipping costs to over seas may vary depending on where the item is going and depending of the weight of the parcel. 

POLICY

Ozzsat is a LTD satellite specialising in combination digital satellite equipment sales. We post all our parcels with a traceable service, we provide a tracking number and after the parcel is out of our hands we will help as much as we can to make sure  it gets to you safely. Our Technomate and any of our other brands that we send out are provided with a tracking number, as we use city-link and parcel force courier services, we specialise in installing single and combination distribution systems, we also install in hotels, apartments, flats, construction companies etc. We accept to give our customers a refund of there purchase if they are not happy with the goods as long as they are sent back to us within 7 days of purchase and that they are in the brand new condition that we sent out to them and also that the customer pays for postage money.
