This 36 volt motor actuator need four wire and positioner to run. you need 2 wire for 36 volt and 2 wire for read sensors for actuator motors. Actuator motors mount on a motorised dish mounter on to dish. some of the receivers does not have a positioner so you need a diseqc motor converter. 36 volt to diseqc motor converter box called v-box (vbox). but if you already got satellite receiver with positioner you do not need vbox 2 (v-box 2) you only need actuator motor. If you already got a motor working but it is not counting numbers you will need to change your read sensor but I am sorry i can not do much about it because they are expensive than motors.
